ENTIRE LUNCH SERVED MONDAY THRU SATURDAY 11:00AM TO 2:00 PM @ all 3 of our store locations!

SALAD:
 Ground’s Caesar Salad – Mixed organic baby greens,  chicken breast,  cherry tomatoes,  hard cooked egg,  sliced almonds,  shredded parmesan cheese.   Served with traditional Caesar dressing, and also our crunchy croustades and fresh fruit.         Gluten-free if substitute in our housemade balsamic dressing.

SANDWICHES 

*Now served with fruit and/or choice of: kettle potato chips, pasta salad, or baby greens*

Chicken Salad on Croissant – Creamy all-white meat chicken salad with grapes, walnuts, celery. *make it gluten-free if ordered on a bed of baby greens instead.

Plain Jane – Ham/provolone or turkey/cheddar on wheat “served w mustard  & mayo packet.

BOWL OF SOUP

A daily selection served with fresh French baguette and fruit. Ask your server about our daily selections.

FRESH FRUIT PLATE: 

Selection of seasonally fresh fruit with fresh French baguette and brie cheese.

QUICHE: 

Quiche of the Day – Our quiche of the day is served with a side of organic baby greens, balsamic vinaigrette, fresh bread and fresh fruit. Ask your server about today’s quiche variety.

DESSERTS:

4″ Baby cakes from The Cake Confectionery – Chocolate, Almond, or Champagne
Chocolate brownies, Fudge Oat Bars and Rice Krispie treats..

We roast our own espresso, and would enjoy making you any of our regular drinks, such as lattes, mochas, breves, etc.

Some of our specialty drinks include:   cappuccino smoothie (thick espresso shake),   mocha frosty,   mango blast (greens & protein, w no added sugar), mate’ latte (yerba mate’ w honey & mint), and Red Bull frosty.

We offer delicious dairy milks, as well as alternatives (oat & soy milk).

Just ask our baristas to create your favorite drink or be adventurous and try a new creation today!!

Our pastries are baked fresh daily at our Windsor Heights location.

Our cakes, bars and cookies are all sourced from local bakery companies and we have also added a selection of vegan and gluten-free treats as well.
