Is definitely one of our most popular blends, named after Jan's brother Dan, a huge fan of very full bodied and darker roasted coffees. It contains Indonesian beans, accounting for it's big body, yet smooth, slightly sweet notes. Our darkest roasted blend.

Named after Aunt Butch's Bistro blend we roasted when first opening in 1994. Even though it's no longer here, the name has remained with this full bodied blend. It has a nice bright tanginess, but ends with a full mouth earthy feel.

Very aromatic blend of Guatemalan Antigua and Ethiopian Yirgacheffe is named after George's daughter, Emily. It brings the best qualities of both beans together for a unique, slightly earthy, yet subtly fruity blend.

A wonderful Indonesian with all the typical qualities of this area_s coffees. These include a very full body, low acidity, almost syrupy sweetness. A great cup for those enjoying the smooth, darker roasted varieties.

Called a peaberry because this coffee bean is a single round bean instead of 2 flat halved ones. Fruity, nice acidity and floral notes are prevalent.
